How to be happier and feel good about yourself...



In his book, Might of the Thoughts, Billy Meier reminds you that your thoughts really do create your reality. Whether you experience a positive life or a negative one, your thoughts were directly involved in the creation of your life.  When you find yourself stuck in a negative pattern, there is a simple process you can do to consciously stop the detrimental feelings and to heal and repair your subconscious. This process begins with 5 simple affirmations.  

I’m confident.
I’m optimistic.
I’m relaxed.
I’m cheerful.
I’m enthusiastic.  

These five affirmations align your forces with a universal law called, the Law of Harmony. Whenever your personal forces connect into the Law of Harmony, this creates a state of balance between your energies with the beneficial forces of nature. You begin to feel a oneness with all that is which is a very healthy state to live from. So how do you actually work with these affirmations?  Simply do the following: 

1. Begin by actually doing the affirmations. Repetition is important! Repeat the affirmations often throughout the day to ensure that the healing effects go deeply into your subconscious. This will begin to clear the debris and the damage of years of faulty, negative thinking.   

2. Notice your levels of negativity in your thoughts. Observe your conversations and decide to consciously stop the predominance of negative thoughts and speech, try to get your thoughts into neutral or introduce more positive thoughts into your mind and speech to bring more balance. The affirmations and curtailing of negative thoughts will help you to rebuild your subconscious to begin to function as it should.   

You have an opportunity to reset your thoughts, your energies, your life into something more positive and life-affirming. Make the commitment and consciously strive to create a life where you feel good and happy about yourself. You should feel pleased and confident about who you are and your contribution to the world. What an amazing expression of humanity you are! The Earth and its Creatures need you to create good thoughts that make a better world for us all.  Just remember…you’ll need persistence and patience in order to succeed.
